Shipping

Expected shipping times:
USA: 7-10 business days
World (TBD, only US shipping for now): 10-15 business days

Shipping times include packing time. 

Note that the above are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. weather, courier delay, customs hold, etc). 

If a shipment is returned after a failed delivery attempt, I will ship it again after payment for reshipping has been received. 

Customers are responsible for all taxes or customs charges on items shipped internationally.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item(s) shipped to you do not correspond with the items you ordered.

Ceramics

All of my ceramic pieces are made by hand with natural materials. Colors and appearances may vary slightly from the photographs presented in the listings.

​

The items in my shop are generally all one-off, individual pieces. Where a quantity option may be available for certain items, appearances & size will vary slightly between each piece due to the handmade nature of the item.

Care

My work is handmade which it means it is more susceptible to chipping when compared to mass-produced ceramics. With this in mind, extra care is always advised.

 

Washing by hand is the preferred cleaning option, however, my ceramics can safely go in the dishwasher.

 

These pieces are microwave-safe, but not oven-safe.

 

Lighter colored items, especially matte glazes can discolor over time, it helps to wash things quickly after use and avoid harsh staining liquids and foods.
